Inspired Goal Setting
March 2012
It is easy to get caught up in being “busy.” Then before you know…swoosh.. time has flown by and you haven’t made any forward progress towards your goals.
For this event we were lucky to have bestselling author Monica Regan share her five step DREAM Power Goal System in a workshop style format. Her system helps you set and achieve goals more effectively and begin to explore the habits and beliefs that might have caused you to become stuck in the past. There was also an opportunity to share our goals with each other to motivate and support each other.
